  • Do you issue any invoices for the payment?
  • Omrati does not issue any kind of invoices. Infact the confirmation sent by us is the proof that your payment has been made.
  • How much are the fees and taxes?
  • Omrati don't charge any kind of taxes or any other hidden charges. All the charges, fees and rates are prominently and evidently displayed in the terms and conditions. So in short, we don't charge any kinds of taxes from our valued customers and clients. Our rates are only for the services that we render in the comfortable and easy booking for the customer and on the behalf of our hotels.
  • What is the room reservation procedure?
  • We have opted for the very comfortable and easy reservation procedure for our valued customers. You don't have to follow a very hectic routine. You can go for this hassle free set of steps at any time.
    You have to follow some simple steps for the booking procedure.
    First of all just go to the hotel booking page.
    Then select the place and time of your stay.
    Then select the number of days you want to stay in the hotel.
    Then it is suggested that you fill all the information required for the booking procedure very carefully. We suggest the you double check the information filled by you.
    Last but not the least you have to select the mode of payment.

  • Why is not my credit card number being accepted even when the credit card number I entered is right?
  • Omrati only accept the credit card from the specific banks. Please refer to our information section to view the credit cards we accept.
  • How much safe is my credit card in your hands?
  • At Omrati, we know that your credit card number and details are very much important for you and that's why we take the safety of your credit card information as our first and foremost priority. You should stay 100% sure that all your personal information and description is in safe hands. We never compromise on the safety of your credit card information.
  • For the sake of guarantee/deposit, what credit card types are acceptable by you?
  • All the credit types that are accepted by Omrati is already listed in the information section.
  • Can I choose a specific room location according to my likeness and preference for my stay?
  • Yes, if the hotel that you are booking your reservation for, entertains any kind of special personal preference of the room location during the stay, we can definitely entertain you likeness of location for the stay. That exclusively and characteristically depends on the available accommodation and also whether the hotel entertains such type of queries or not. We try our best to provide you with the most excellent services.
  • What elements specify the room rate? Are these based on per person or per night?
  • Mostly the rooms are available on per night basis normally on two persons sharing. The additional charges have to be paid for the additional persons like kids, children or any other person.
  • Do you offer any special concessions or discounts?
  • Mostly our affiliated hotels do offer the internet discounts on the rates if you book your reservation using our services. In this way you get both the comfort of booking and the discount in rates.
  • How can I get the discounted rate?
  • You can redeem the voucher/ coupon that you attained during your internet booking and avail the discounted rates.
  • What is the method to get the discount coupon/ voucher?
  • You can avail the discount rates by adopting the procedure written for availing the special discounts.
  • Are there any specific terms and conditions for my coupon?
  • There are some specific terms and condition for the coupons.
  • First of all the coupon should not be expired.
    One coupon can be used for only one offer.
    Multiple coupons can't be used for the same offer.

  • Which hotels accept the coupons and offer the discounts?
  • Omrati have the extensive list of the hotels which offer the discount and accept the coupons. Please refer to the information section.
  • In case my coupon expires?
  • Infact, every coupon has an expiry date and you must use that coupon within the give time period otherwise it will expire and unfortunately, there is no way to redeem your coupon if it expires.
  • Can the coupons be used in conjunction with another one?
  • Yes the coupons may be used e.g. if you are a regular client, the coupons may be redeemed for every fifth night stay or may be used in the other promotion offers or simply offers in our services.
  • Is it possible to use the two coupons for the same offer?
  • Infact, we don't offer the use of two or more coupons for the same offer. One coupon can be used only against one offer and not against any other offer once it has been used.
  • Can the coupon be transferred to someone else?
  • Right now, we don't entertain the transfer of coupons to someone else.
  • What if I lose my coupon, is there any other way that it may be redeemed?
  • We are always at your service by the core of our hearts. In case you lose your coupon, you can call our customer services centre and use the telephone or other means to cash in the coupon.
